FamilySearch is the largest online family tree available - and it’s free! On this website, you can find over 1.5 billion profiles for deceased relatives and over 5.7 billion historical records from around the world. Where do you fit in? Join us as we learn how to create an account, build our family tree, and collect records of our ancestors.

Bring your laptops, tablets, or use the computers available at the library. There will be some work time after the presentation to put our knowledge of FamilySearch into practice.

Ally Grigg is the Outreach Chair for the Dane County Area Genealogical Society. She is an avid genealogist and mother of two toddlers.
