Event List

We're having a special edition of storytime during Winter Break this year. Bring the whole family for some cozy stories, music, and a craft in the library's community room. Registration is not required unless you would like an email reminder.

We'll get out our stash of paints and canvases, clay, beads and more for a drop-in craft night.  Join us and make whatever you want! No registration needed. This event is intended for grades 6-12.

Join Miss Bethany for movement, music, and stories at in-person storytimes in the library community room! Storytimes recommended for children ages 3+ are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am.

Hang out, eat snacks, play games, paint or make something! This event is for grades 9-12 only. No registration is needed.

Pop into the library's community room after school for some fast-paced Ping Pong games and challenges inspired by the Dude Perfect Youtube channel.

Join the Mystery Book Club at 6:45 p.m. on the second Thursday every month for lively discussions on different themes. New members are always welcome!

2026 Themes

Join Miss Bethany for a storytime geared for ages 0-23 months focusing on songs, fingerplays, and short books to grow their minds and motor skills. Fridays at 8:30am (before the library opens).

Kids and their favorite plush toys are invited for a special storytime and craft at the library. After the event, participants are invited to leave their stuffed animals for some overnight fun in the library.

Dress up in your favorite pj's (holiday or not) and bring your dancing slippers for a cozy event at the library! We'll have hot cocoa and a few treats, music, dancing in pretty lights, and a story or two.

We'll have hot chocolate and a selection of toppings for you to enjoy while you eat some winter treats and play games. This event is especially for grades 6-12. No registration necessary. This event is especially for grades 6-12.

Drop-in to the community room to make colorful works of art that glow! We'll have glowing paint, brushes, canvases, and blacklights to help them "charge." For grades K-5.

Geared towards ages 2-3, Tiny Tots is held Fridays at 10:00am and will focus on shorter books, puppets, songs, and movement activities with a playtime afterwards.

The library is hosting some special Birds of Prey activities in the Community Room during Eagle Watching Days, Saturday, January 17th from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. Stop in for some interactive educational insights into the lives of raptors.
