Join certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Diane Matzke for drop-in mindfulness sessions in the library's community room. No registration is required.
Mindfulness has many benefits. Those benefits can be summarized into three main categories: focused attention, emotional regulation and self-awareness.
This is the final Mindfulness session at the library. Many thanks to Diane for offering them!
